You have a story. A story filled with joy, pain, laughter, hurt, sadness, and many unanswered questions. Sometimes you do or say things and do not know why. Some days you are okay and feel like you’re thriving, while other days you feel like just surviving. Your story matters, your voice matters, and your trauma matters. What you went through, or are currently going through, is not easy, but trust me with your story and let your voice be heard. You do not have to climb the whole staircase; just take the first step into my office, and let me help you become the person you strive to be.

Areas of Interest:

Adult Individuals

Life is not always fair. There are experiences that you did not ask for and now it is up to you to find a way to handle it. You may be good for a while, but then the memories and experiences come back in waves. You’re fine one minute and hit by the weight of life the next. Come into my office where I will sit with you and listen to you, goal set with you, and help you become the person that can look at the weight of your past and not let it define your future. Let your story be told in a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can heal and grow to be the person, spouse, or parent you strive to be. The first step is to come into my office and allow me to be there for you and with you.

Teens & College Students

Let us be honest, school is hard. The pressure of school plus relationships, knowing who you are, the stress of friends and family, is a challenge. You feel like no one is listening to you, like your voice is not being heard, and that you are not valued or important. Maybe you feel pushed to the side, or no matter how well you perform, you do not feel good enough by parents, teachers, or even yourself.

Come to my office and let me hear your voice. Kick your feet up, have a snack, and relax in a nonjudgmental environment, where I am hear to listen, empathize, and help you through the stress of life.

Couples/Relationships

Do you ever find that as a couple you are constantly arguing about the same topic with no clear solution? Do you get frustrated because you don’t think your partner listens and understands your feelings, perspective, or point of view? Maybe you and your partner are on the verge of separation and want to give your relationship one last try but also don’t have the tools to figure out how to make your relationship work. Maybe you and your spouse just need some “fine tuning.” It can be helpful having an objective third party to help facilitate and navigate through the emotions and find where your needs are not being met and find steps to take to get your needs met again, resolve conflict, and improve your relationship.
