Our experience enables us to offer outpatient, individualized, psychological care.  We provide a compassionate space to individuals struggling to find or maintain a meaningful balance . We offer both telehealth and in person services for adolescents and adults. 

Our focus is to help individuals heal and become aware of their inner strengths.  Our specialties include: Anxiety, PTSD, Stress, Depression, Emotional and Behavioral Dysregulation. Treatment options: DBT , EMDR and Neurotherapy.
